General Refund Policy

All purchases of Atlashdtv IPTV subscriptions are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot issue refunds once access to our content has been granted. We encourage users to review service details before purchasing.

 

Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical issue.

  • If the service remains completely inaccessible due to an issue on our end and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • If you accidentally purchased a plan and requested cancellation within 24 hours, provided that the service has not been used.

All refund requests must be submitted with proof of purchase and relevant details via our support team.

 

No Refunds for the Following Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If the service is inaccessible due to internet issues, incorrect device setup, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If the user violates our Terms and Conditions, leading to account suspension.

  • If dissatisfaction arises due to personal preference after purchasing.

  • If the service is affected by third-party applications, devices, or software not recommended by Atlashdtv.

 

Important Notes on Refunds:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. After this time, refunds will not be processed, but we are always available to assist you with any issues.
  2. Partial Refunds: Refunds will be partial, and the refunded amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of the days you have already used the service. The cost of this deduction is 2 USD ( Euros ) per day.
  3. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase.
  4. Future Subscriptions: Please note that once a refund has been processed, you will no longer be eligible to resubscribe to our service in the future. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our refund system.

 

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method. We reserve the right to approve or decline any refund requests based on the policy terms.

 

Service Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service. Access to the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
